Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before downloading or using the Zebra Taxi India mobile application. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
Zebra Taxi India provides an intelligent technology platform enabling riders to connect with independent third-party transportation providers. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and request transportation services.
2. User Account & Safety
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to treat drivers and fellow passengers with respect and courtesy. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in permanent suspension of service access.
3. Pricing & Payments
Ride pricing is calculated based on distance, duration, traffic conditions, and ride tier selected. Upfront pricing is displayed before ride confirmation. Payment must be made through authorized payment methods available within the mobile application.
4. Cancellations & Fees
Riders may cancel requested trips subject to applicable cancellation policies outlined in the mobile application. Cancellation fees may apply if a cancellation occurs after the driver has been in transit towards your pickup location for an extended period.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Zebra Taxi India strives to maintain uninterrupted, secure service. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
